Dental Receptionist

Job Overview: Palm Beach Endodontics is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, serving as a primary point of contact for patients and referring offices. Core responsibilities include managing insurance verifications, presenting and discussing financial arrangements with patients, and drafting professional correspondence to referring practices. Candidates must be adaptable and open to working at either our Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter office locations based on scheduling needs. Once initial training is completed, the position requires flexibility to work past 5:00 PM approximately 2 to 3 days per week to accommodate patient care. Compensation is provided as an hourly rate based on prior professional experience, accompanied by a solid benefit plan including health coverage, paid time off, and retirement options.

full-time $20 - $26 per hour

Hourly rates are negotiable depending on experience and can be discussed during the phone interview.

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Requires flexibility to stay past closing hours for patient care, including scheduling past 5:00 PM 2–3 days a week after training.
Must have the flexibility to be scheduled at either the Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter location as needed.

Candidate Criteria: Primary responsibilities include insurance verification, financial discussions, and generating correspondence for referring offices along with general administrative tasks.
