Key responsibilities Lead complex projects and ensure effective coordination and execution of regulatory tasks while meeting targets and compliance Provide strategic input to clients, identify risks, and implement preventive measures to resolve performance issues Train, coach, and mentor junior staff while supporting client qualification activities and ensuring audit readiness Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership/project management role Proven ability to manage global projects successfully Expert knowledge of ICH GCP and/or GVP and relevant local regulations
