Role Overview

Apply Japanese-language finance expertise to help improve advanced AI systems through accurate, real-world financial content, document review, and expert feedback. This remote contract role focuses on strengthening how AI models learn, reason, and perform. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, create, and review Japanese financial documents with a high standard of accuracy and clarity.
• Create, format, and assess financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Provide financial content and feedback used to train and improve AI models.
• Explain complex financial concepts and documentation requirements clearly in Japanese and English, in both written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate remotely with the customer team to provide financial insights that inform model improvements.
• Apply experience from Fortune 500 or similarly large organizations to support industry-aligned AI training work.
• Respond to queries and review outputs for financial data integrity and compliance with financial standards.

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 3 years of finance experience, including creating or managing financial documents.
• Demonstrated ability to create and work with documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or comparable large-scale organizations.
• Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to financial compliance standards, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience living or working in the United States and strong familiarity with U.S. finance practices.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects, though this is not required.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $10 to $45 per hour.
