TitleFront Office Dental Receptionist
Job Description As our Front Office Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for. You will help with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate medical records, all while collaborating with our dedicated dental team to provide top-notch care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Maintain and update patient records accurately
• Verify insurance details and assist with billing inquiries
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming
• Support the dental team with patient flow
part-time $18 - $25 per hour
Salary based on Experience.

What We’re Looking For:
• Previous receptionist experience (preferably in a dental or medical office)
• Familiarity with medical records management and dental terminology

• Proficiency in office software and scheduling systems
