Licensed in 35+ states and focused on longevity-aligned therapeutics, we support providers and their patients with precision in compounding and transparent processes.
About the RoleSouthend's R&D / Formulations team is the engine behind our growing longevity and wellness portfolio — from GLP-1s and peptides to B12/glutathione injectables and a full range of non-sterile dosage forms. We're looking for a hands-on Research Compounding Pharmacist ready to develop formulations, build out clinical/regulatory documentation, and grow with a fast-scaling 503A pharmacy.
This role partners closely with pharmacy operations, quality, regulatory, and leadership to design safe, compliant, and scalable formulations — spanning both sterile injectables and a wide range of non-sterile dosage forms (capsules, creams, gels, tablets, troches, rapid-dissolving tablets, and more). Current products include tirzepatide, semaglutide, B12, glutathione, and an expanding peptide line, with new products launching regularly.
